The project develops the theme of the three-family villa with an iconic language, taking up the sign of the "hut" roof re-proposed in a modern key.
The canopy shape defines each single unit, connoting the complex with very linear and modern forms, particularly highlighted by the trend of the large front windows that form a uniform front for each of the three apartments.
Naturally, the plant follows the rules of bioclimatic design with the orientation to the south of the glass front for which the project also provides for the use of solar shading for the summer months.
The floor plan is homogeneous for the three units and presents the sleeping area on the upper floors for the three blocks accessible from the three staircases. The initial project envisaged the construction of a central swimming pool in the internal courtyard.
